Long day, and I think I might be coming down with something (either that or my allergies are really acting up). Plus, I pulled a muscle in my neck, so when I turn my head a certain way, it hurts ... what a drag it is getting old.
But enough about my aches and pains...
I got an email at work today from someone I have not seen in almost 24 freaking years! Turns out he is also employed by my agency, but up in north Joisey. He came across my name in the company database and shot me a message. Pretty much blew my mind. Of course once you get all of the, "So what have you done with your life?" questions , and the obligatory, "Have you seen so-and-so lately?" queries out of the way; what's left to talk about? That's why I am holding off on replying back to him until next week.
They are having a Halloween Breakfast at Officeland on (surprisingly enough) Halloween morning next Friday. People are being encouraged to wear costumes but are being asked that they be "office appropriate" ... no doubt due to that little scandal we had last summer with the co-worker and her revealing sarong. I am not sure what I am going to wear ... any suggestions?
Damn! I just sneezed so hard, I almost slammed my head on the computer screen.
